An 18" quilt block featuring a Female Eclectus Parrot.
This 18" quilt block pattern uses the foundation paper piecing method to create a female Eclectus parakeet facing either right or left.
The pattern includes coloured foundation templates (print in colour and you will be able to easily work out what colour fabric to place where!). All templates have an easily identifiable seam allowance.
It also contains written instructions for putting the templates together and a layout diagram, as well as indicators in the seam allowances to help you put the quilt block together.
There are 12 Template pieces to put together to create the 18" quilt block, which you can then incorporate into a beautiful tote bag, mini quilt or pillow cover!

Pattern purchasers may sew finished items from my patterns for both personal use and small-scale production for sales at local markets and online. It should not be mass-produced. When selling online, credit to Kohatu Patterns is always highly appreciated, however, not essential. Patterns should not be copied or re-distributed to others without the express permission of Kohatu Patterns.
This is an instantly downloadable PDF quilt pattern that you can print yourself at home (No physical file will be sent).

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Each of my patterns has been developed with care and tested by multiple people. However, if you find a mistake in one of my patterns, please send me an email containing a photo of the mistake or detailed description (page number and problem) within 30 days of your original purchase. I will not only refund your purchase, but will also provide you with another pattern free of charge as well as a corrected copy of the pattern you originally purchased when it becomes available.
It's not a mistake. Most of my patterns are Foundation Pieced Patterns and Fabric requirements can vary greatly depending on your technique, experience and level of skill.
I have found that most people like to use scraps from their stash or Fat Quarters to make smaller Foundation Pieced blocks.
Large Patterns and Patterns that are not Foundation Pieced will have a list fabric requirements.
The item you have purchased is digital in nature. I highly recommend you download it immediately after purchase and save a copy of this file to your computer for future use. However if something goes wrong and for some reason you can no longer access your pattern, email me with a copy of your receipt, date of purchase or Etsy order number and I will send you another copy as soon as I can.
